Fixing your squat - Hip Flexors and Glutes ... via Flex Fitness and Omar Isuf

Most that know me know I've had issues with my back that has ultimately impacted my mobility and squats and knees ...

Flex went and worked out with Omar who is killer at body mechanics and they shared their knowledge in this video that I stumbled upon.  FREAKING AWESOME!
